Useful Information – for your vacation

Check-in & Check-out

• The Reppert Spa day with luxury half board plus begins at 2 p.m. and ends on the date of departure at 12 p.m.
• On your day of departure your room is available until 11 a.m. Light Lunch can be enjoyed from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at 14,50€/person. For the use of our Wellness & Spa after 12 p.m. on the day of departure we charge 18 € / person.

Public Holidays

• For Easter, 1.May, Ascension Day, Whitsun, Corpus Christi and 1.November a minimum stay of 5 nights applies at Season Price B.
• For Christimas and Silvester a miminum stay of 7 nights applies. Contact us for an individual offer.

Prices

• All Prices are inclusive of our included benefits, luxury half board plus per person and night, service charge and VAT.
• If you don't make use of the luxury half board plus, we credit 12€ per adult and € per child per day to your account.
• If you book your stay with breakfast only, we calculate the normal price with a deduction of 22€ (except public holidays, Christmas and Sylvester)
• Other not used benefits can not be compensated.
• Tourism per adult 2,70 € / day, children 1,00€ / day (6-15 years)

Cancellation

• Free cancellation is possible 30 days prior to arrival. For Christmas and Sylvester 60 days prior to arrival.
• We always require a written cancellation and will try to rent the cancelled rooms again. If we are unable to re-rent the rooms we charge 80% of the luxury half board plus. Early Departure or late Arrival we credit Dinner and Breakfast € 20,00.
• We recommend a travel insurance.
