- Choose between four evening menus (5 courses), including a fish menu and a vegetarian menu, salad buffet and cheese selection

Taste the balance at breakfast. Combine and savour regional and seasonal foods with exquisite supra-regional delicacies, even out of season. We have devised a late riser breakfast for you that leaves nothing to be desired and lets you start the day at your own pace. From 8.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m., we at REPPERT spoil our guests with freshly prepared egg dishes, a large selection of teas, freshly brewed coffee and a generous and balanced selection. We love to choose new delicacies every morning, freshly baked bread from the Unmüssig bakery in Hinterzarten, good cheese and locally produced jams.
You can look forward to an individual service for allergy sufferers (advance notice required), a fine champagne breakfast, cosy and stylish furnishings and warm service.
